Current Availability

Current availability is shown on the Home Page. All dates there refer to the corresponding checkin and checkout times, i.e., the apartment is available starting 2 pm on the first date shown as Available and through 10 am on the second date shown. E.g., Mar 13-20, 2007: Available means that it is available from 2 pm on March 13 (checkin) through 10 am on March 20 (checkout).

Making a Reservation

If the apartment is available for the dates you are interested in (check Current Availability on the Home Page), and you would like to make a reservation, please go to the Contact page and submit an inquiry or request. Once your request is confirmed (generally the same day), we will contact you. A security deposit of 1/2 month's rent (for rentals of less than 1 month) or 1 month's rent (for rentals of 1 month or longer) will be required, which can be paid by PayPal, wire transfer to US bank, or in cash in Buenos Aires. The rent for the entire stay needs to be paid in cash in US$ upon check-in (this may be negotiated for very long rentals). The security deposit is returned within 48 hours or less after check-out.

Cancellation Fee

Notification 3 months or more in advance: US $25 administrative charge
Notification 1-3 months in advance: 50% of rental or deposit (whichever is less)
Notification less than 1 month in advance: 100% of rental or deposit (whichever is less)
